Negative: I would like to share several issues I experienced during my stay at your hotel. Firstly, while retrieving an item that had fallen under the bed, I noticed that the area underneath was extremely dusty and dirty. This was disappointing and did not meet the level of cleanliness I expected. Secondly, there was no information about the Wi-Fi password available in the room or anywhere else. I had to contact the hotel and specifically request this information. Apart from that, no additional information regarding hotel services or guest benefits was provided. Most importantly, I only learned after checking out that guests staying in Salzburg are entitled to use public transportation free of charge through the Guest Mobility Ticket. Had I been informed about this benefit during check-in, I would certainly have made use of it during my stay. After contacting the hotel, I was informed that there had been an issue with the registration because I mistakenly entered my own name again as an additional guest. However, this could easily have been clarified during my stay. The hotel could have contacted me, informed me about the issue, and explained that I was entitled to receive the Guest Mobility Ticket. Unfortunately, no such communication was made. Finally, on the morning of my departure, before I had checked out, a staff member unexpectedly opened my room door at approximately 9:30 a.m., despite the official check-out time being 10:00 a.m. This was quite surprising and made me feel uncomfortable, as I was still occupying the room and had not yet completed the check-out process. I believe guests should be properly informed about available benefits, receive clear information regarding hotel services, and have their privacy respected throughout their stay.

Summary: my stay was disappointing and did not meet my expectations.
